Preorder cancellations

Preorders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting support@catterpod.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Returns after delivery

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Manufacturing defects

Catterpod components have a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and damage from misuse, including failure to use wall brackets where required, are excluded.
