Which set is right for my cat?+
Start with their habits: climbing, hiding or resting in an open Nest. Our set finder considers your preferences, available height and wall installation choices. Compare the dimensions and layout on the product page before choosing.
Find your set ↗Does Catterpod need to attach to a wall?+
It depends on the configuration. Portal requires no wall attachment; Bobcat and Blossom require two brackets. Every product page lists its requirements. Install as directed and select suitable fasteners for your wall.
Can I add more modules later?+
Yes. Individual components are available separately. Your expanded configuration must follow the assembly, height and wall-attachment requirements. The finished set’s maximum total load is 60 lb when installed as directed.
How does the free Scratch Shield offer work?+
Choose one Pod or Large Spacer Scratch Shield per curated set, or per custom build over $200 USD before discounts and tax. Component-only orders do not qualify. Choose the version compatible with your set, or keep it for a compatible future expansion. The Founder offer and limited-release campaign close November 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
What if I need to cancel or return my order?+
To change or cancel before shipment, email support@catterpod.com with your order number. If payment has been collected, it will be refunded to the original payment method. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; customer-paid return shipping applies. Components carry a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
